1 Corinthians 12:4-31 explains that we have both unity and diversity within the body of Yeshua. As believers, we are all endowed with different giftings, or manifestations, of the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit), which include: wisdom, knowledge, faith, healing, miraculous powers, prophecy, discernment of spirits, speaking in other tongues, and interpretation of tongues.

Additionally, G-d has called some as Apostles, Prophets, Teachers, Evangelists and Pastors. (Ephesians 4:11) All of these gifts and callings are given to members of the body of Messiah for the common good of the fellowship as a whole.

Specifically, “If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it.” (1 Cor 12:26) Furthermore, 1 Peter 2:9 declares that all believers are ministers because, “…you are a chosen people, a royal
priesthood, a holy nation, G-d’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His wonderful light.” 

With these scriptures in mind, we believe Adonai has called every believer to minister to and disciple other believers and new converts. This opportunity is not just for some elite set of Ministers, Rabbis or Pastors, but is both the privilege and responsibility of every person who knows Yeshua as Messiah. 

Every member of the body of Yeshua has been called to a rewarding ministry to G-d and fellow humankind. Every member of the body of Yeshua functions interdependently. Although we do have a Pastor, Rabbi and a body of Elders, we believe in the members of the Body ministering to one another and building each other up in love, instead of relying on one leader to minister to every person.
