Pastor John found salvation at Crestview Baptist Church in the early 70’s and was raised in the Southern Baptist faith. Serving as Chairman of the Deacon body, he came to seek a deeper connection through a multi-year study in the Book of Revelation which culminated in several trips to End-Time prophecy conferences where he was exposed to the Hebrew language and Messianic Jewish teaching. He discovered answers to many holes he perceived in the faith of his childhood. Continued prayer led to his wife Renee beginning a pursuit of a PhD in Messianic Jewish studies. Taking this journey together has brought an understanding of scripture so deep the Bible has become a new book of discovery all over again.
